Where to Start

Guide to choosing the right care option

Choosing the right care setting can feel overwhelming, but we’re here to make the process as simple and reassuring as possible. Start by considering:

  • The level of support required – from occasional help with daily tasks to 24-hour care.
  • The preferred living arrangement – such as supported living or residential care.
  • Location and accessibility – proximity to loved ones, public transport, and local amenities.
  • Personal goals and lifestyle preferences – including independence, community access, and opportunities for employment or volunteering.

If you’re unsure, our experienced team can help assess needs and guide you through the options that best fit the individual.

Financial Advice and Support Options

Navigating care funding can be complex, but you don’t have to do it alone. We can help you explore:

  • Eligibility for local authority or NHS funding
  • Privately funded options
  • Direct payments and personal budgets

All our homes are different and we can create a care package to suit your needs with your funding options.

We will provide guidance on what may require additional fees (such as enhanced support hours, personal spending, or holiday costs), so you can plan with clarity and confidence.
