Transitioning & Support
Transitioning into The Ridgeway is a personalised process designed around the individual. We offer trial visits and overnight stays to ensure new residents can get to know the home, the staff, and their potential housemates before moving in. This helps build familiarity and ease the transition, making the experience as smooth and welcoming as possible.
Each resident receives a level of core support funded by social care. Additional 1:1 hours may be available depending on assessed needs, and we also offer privately funded support hours for those who wish to enhance their care — such as personalised outings, dedicated time for interests, or extra companionship.
