We welcome adults aged 18 and above, offering tailored care and a nurturing environment that promotes independence and a high quality of life. Each resident’s unique requirements are met with compassion and expertise, ensuring they feel valued and supported in their daily lives. Some residents at Fern Lodge even have siblings living here too, and families are always welcome to join for meals, celebrations, or simply to spend time together in our homely environment.

Transitioning & Support

Transitioning into our homes is a gradual, personalised process. We offer trial visits and overnight stays to help new residents feel comfortable and familiar with their surroundings before moving in. This helps ease anxieties, build relationships with staff and fellow residents, and ensures the move is as smooth and positive as possible.

Every resident receives a level of core support funded by social care, with additional 1:1 hours allocated depending on assessed need. We can also offer privately funded support hours for those who wish to receive extra assistance, such as extended community time, personalised activities, or additional companionship.
