Transitioning & Support
Transitioning into our homes is a gradual, personalised process. We offer trial visits and overnight stays to help new residents feel comfortable and familiar with their surroundings before moving in. This helps ease anxieties, build relationships with staff and fellow residents, and ensures the move is as smooth and positive as possible.
Every resident receives a level of core support funded by social care, with additional 1:1 hours allocated depending on assessed need. We can also offer privately funded support hours for those who wish to receive extra assistance, such as extended community time, personalised activities, or additional companionship.
